  • Founder

    Lindsay is the Founder & CEO of Personily and Tetricus Labs, as well as serving as an Investment Committee Member at Research Bridge Partners, a life sciences venture capital fund.

    Prior to founding Tetricus in March 2022, Lindsay served as an investment banker in the healthcare group at Evercore Partners, where she closed over $40B in strategic transactions. She previously served as COO & Head of Research at Jensen Partners, an award winning HR data start-up.

    She holds a B.A. and M.B.A. from Yale University. Lindsay serves as Board Chair of the Christina Seix Academy (a private pre-K through 8th grade school and community for high potential students and their families) and Board Member of LizzyCare (a tech-enabled dementia care management platform).

  • Scientific Founder

    Philip R. Corlett, PhD is an Associate Professor of Psychiatry and Psychology, in the Wu Tsai Institute for Human Cognition at Yale University, and directs the Belief, Learning, and Memory Lab. He is trained as a cognitive neuroscientist and his scientific research is focused on delusions and hallucinations, in serious mental illnesses like schizophrenia but also in other psychiatric and neurological illnesses, as well as in attenuated forms in the non-psychotic general population.

  • Clinical Advisor

    Dr. Choi-Kain is a pioneer and internationally renowned expert in the treatment of personality disorders.

    She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Harvard University, where she studied social and political theory, human development, and history of psychiatry. She received her M.D. from Thomas Jefferson University, and completed her residency training at Harvard Medical School.

    In 2009, Dr. Choi-Kain developed the Gunderson Residence, a specialized residential program for adult women with severe personality disorders. In 2013, she founded the BPD Training Institute, a major center for proliferating awareness of and trainings for evidence-based care for severe personality disorders. Dr. Choi-Kain has also developed training clinics in McLean’s Adult Outpatient Services for treatment approaches such as MBT and DBT-PTSD. She transformed the BPD Training Institute when she launched a formal research laboratory into its current form as Gunderson Personality Disorders Institute, which provides training and supervision for numerous proven treatments and conduct research on personality disorders and novel interventions built for them to increase access to care.

  • Head of Training

    Dr. Woynowskie is a psychologist holding a PsyD from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. His training focused on utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), specifically Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) techniques, to treat OCD and social anxiety. Additionally, his experience included working with individuals confronting housing insecurity. During his internship, Dr. Woynowskie utilized CBT and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to treat adolescents and adults dealing with eating disorders.

    At McLean Hospital, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School, Dr. Woynowskie completed his fellowship and later served as an instructor in Psychology within the Department of Psychiatry. Under the mentorship of Dr. Lois Choi-Kain, he specialized in treating personality disorders, particularly Borderline and Narcissistic Personality Disorder. Kim's training involved several evidence based treatments for personality disorders including Good Psychiatric Management, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Radically Open Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Mentalization Based Treatment, and Transference Focused Psychotherapy. Dr. Woynowskie actively participated in training and supervising counselors, students, and residents, alongside leading various therapeutic groups and contributing to treatment program development at the Gunderson Residence.
