Congratulations! 👏You’ve finished our Personily Foundations course. 🥳
You’ve taken a huge, first step towards building a better life: awareness!
We hope this course provides you with a framework to understand how your brain operates, to question your assumptions about yourself and others, and to inspire you to build a stronger, more robust life.
Personily is on a journey as well. We’re working towards building a future of psychiatry in which we can provide clients with a truly personalized evaluation of their personality, level of function, and provide precise recommendations for clinical and non-clinical interventions that will be most effective. We’re not there yet, but that’s our goal. We’re telling you so you can hold us accountable to it :)

🙏 Thank you for being part of our journey, and letting us be part of yours! We’re honored to be here with you, and can’t wait to work on ourselves together.
Yours,

🤔 Reflection Question Recap:
Where would you place yourself on the parameters of functioning vs thriving, reliance on self vs reliance on others, undercontrol vs overcontrol?
Where do you feel the most pain in your life? What tolerance limits could you be bumping into?
Since the time you began the foundations course, describe a moment where you felt like an experience you had was defined or labeled through the materials?
Consider taking a moment to grieve – not for a person, but for yourself. Take as much time as you need to consider all the changes, losses, and pain that requires your attention, for which you haven’t fully come to a place of acceptance.
Consider your ideal self – what goal might start to move you in that direction? What will you need to practice to achieve that goal?
Questions on how to apply these concepts to your own life? Take the next step.
